Japanese restaurants

When I started living in the Netherlands in 2016,

I was shocked by the words of my neighbor,

"Sorry, I do not like Japanese food because I cannot eat raw fish."

It eventually led me to becoming a Japanese restaurant producer.

I would like to introduce a very common Japanese food that is not yet widely known in Europe.
